Phone line hours

Our phone lines are open during practice hours. You can call us to book appointments, request prescriptions, or speak to a member of our team.

Monday – Friday: 8am–6pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Lines are often busiest between 8:00am and 10:00am. If your query is not urgent, calling after 10:30am may mean a shorter wait.

All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

How to find us

By bus

The practice is well served by Lothian Buses. Routes 24, 29, and 42 stop nearby on Queensferry Road, approximately a 3-minute walk from the surgery. Alight at the Parkgrove Terrace stop.

By car

From the city centre, head north-west on Queensferry Road. Turn left onto Parkgrove Terrace – the practice is on your left after approximately 100 metres.

Parking: Limited on-street parking is available on Parkgrove Terrace. Please be considerate of our neighbours. There is no dedicated car park at the surgery.

Accessibility: The practice has step-free access to the ground floor. Please let us know if you need any assistance when you arrive.

If you need medical help when the practice is closed, do not wait until we reopen.
